“My new chase bank location! Very very new I suppose since it wasn't even on here yet. I did a quick deposit, but I do love that you can go here after hours to do that as well only because I don't get off work early enough where I don't have to rush and I initially thought that the weekend would be busy, but I was able to go when it just opened. I didn't have to interact with anyone for this quick visit, but i'm sure the customer service is spot on like all their locations. I was a chase member before they even landed in STL and swore I'd never leave so i'm really glad to see they've expanded throughout the area!”

The only complaints I had in the past would be I could never seem to get approved for a mortgage despite an excellent credit rating and I had issues when they changed the payment system but overall everyone is always helpful. I always recommend them.”
