Only one thing they need to work on, when you have a Black Friday Sale and your suppose to get 30% off 2 normal priced apparel items, let your cashier's know that means 30% and not 20%. She helped my husband apply for a card that he was approved for and she was our cashier every time we came back (I love this store!!) over the 3 days we were in town. “I signed up for the Mother’s Day event, and from the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a wonderful person named Aija (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She invited me into the beautifully decorated room where the brunch was set up—it looked amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious!
I also entered the giveaway for a gift basket but didn’t think much of it at the time. During the event, Aija helped me design a beautiful bouquet of flowers, and we ended up having the most genuine and uplifting conversation. I truly felt a real connection.
To my surprise, I received a phone call today from Aija letting me know that I had won one of the gift baskets! I was so excited—especially since my Mother’s Day had been a bit overwhelming. That call truly brightened my day.
When I went to pick up the basket, I was once again greeted by friendly staff, and Aija personally presented it to me. We even took some pictures together. The entire experience made me feel so special, and I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.

“A few weeks ago, I was in the store shopping for some random items. As I was buying my things I couldn’t ignore how the manager was treating the person ringing me out. The lady that took care of me was Dorothy. Dorothy was nice, had good customer service and also made the Burlington experience seem more like a Macy’s experience. The manager name was Deanna I believe, I guess she just didn’t want the cashier talking to me. The phone rang and she came over to tell her next time to pick up the phone within 3 rings. She had a line so I didn’t understand the logic behind it. I honestly don’t know the issue but it wasn’t pleasant seeing their interaction.”

“Homegoods is one of my favorite stores. I live on the Illinois side and was glad to see they had a lot of different items. The store was incredibly cramped though and you couldn't get more than 1 cart through certain areas. The cashier was nice.”

“This was my first time in a Marshall's, so I don't know how it stacks up to others. The store seemed to be well maintained; however, some of the aisles are a bit cluttered. They probably need some kind of organizer or stager to keep it from looking messy. Also, half of the store is clothing. It's probably not a place I'll stop in again.”
“I had an amazing experience and the sweetest cashier helped me. She was so kind and very patiently took care of my large purchase. She made my day and her name tag read Sejal.”
“I really like Penney's, they have a good selection and good prices, even though like everyone else there's not enough help. However, a recent experience ordering made me think I never want to order anything again. I ordered two pairs of men's shorts that were supposed to be shipped to the store. That was on July 2nd. Two weeks later I'm still waiting and have heard nothing. I called the store once, and they said that they would check into it and get back to me. Didn't hear anything, so I finally just went over to the store to see if they had any in the store. Turns out they had a table full of them. I went ahead and bought two pair, though they're $6 more each than they were online. Called again, asking if I could just get a price adjustment, but she told me I have to go to the store to do that. No one ever told me why on earth they didn't ship them to the store, but it's been annoying and I could have had them all along. I'm usually not an online shopper anyway, not sure why I ordered them but I guess it was because of the sale. I'm thinking I probably won't do it again.”
“Macys chesterfield is the only place I will go. The girls that transferred from the Macys in Chesterfield Mall are there and they are,”THE VERY BEST”! They’re always pleasant and kind; not to mention that they know how to do their job fantastically! I went to Macy’s in West County and never had a pleasant shopping experience there. I can’t be happier with this Location!!”
“My wife placed an online order and I stopped by after work to pick it up. I notified the store early as I was on my way to the store about 10 minutes before arriving and chose curbside pickup. Pulled into the parking lot and into the one spot reserved for curbside pickup and once again notified the store I was there. Waited over 20 minutes and no one brought my order out. Finally cut my losses and went into the store where 5 people were behind the counter but none apparently had been informed that I was there waiting at the curbside. Once they located my order I was out and on my way. Merchandise was great and price was fair as well, they just need to do a better job taking care of curbside pickup orders.”
“Just wanted you to know that I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. People stop me at airports, someone stopped me in Estes Park last month, and the women in the Caribbean loved my hair! I know my color isn’t easy and I can be a bit of a brat about it but you always come through! Thank you thank you thank you!

I used to work at this location (worked at the checkout lanes, self checkout, service desk, and drive up), and a lot of the customers at this store can be very rude, annoying, and difficult. So I definitely do feel for the workers. They’ll certainly benefit by having more team members.”
