I went to Fleet Feet and Magdalena took care to help me find the correct shoe. She was knowledgeable about feet and shoes and she took a great deal of time with me. She was patient and kind and I never felt rushed to make a decision. I felt that she truly cared that I found a shoe that was best for me. And I did!”

“Mom stopped in one day to check the place out, no one ever talked to her or anything. She went back stopped back in Saturday to look again and said Ken was there and talked to her about what she might be looking for. She said he was very nice, helpful and not pushy. He greeted her and helped her out and told her have a look around and let him know if she needed help he would be right there for her. She wished more places had good employees like him. She said the way he treated her was a complete turn around from her first stop in there. She wanted to assure Ken gets recognized for how well he is with customers, even if they are just looking around. It would be 5 stars if not for the first stop in there.”

“This is our fourth order and I think the rating is low because it is kind of a small investigation to figure out where to put a review. When I first ordered I was just taking a chance but, there was no problem and the merchandise was high quality and the prices were very competitive. I even purchased a few odds and ends that they suggest, so you make free shipping. I thought they would end up being gifts for people we really did not like, but, the stuff is great. “I’m giving 5 stars for Brandon Bryant after another employee stopped helping me a woman for two older men, I sat in a chair for 20ish minutes give or take and Brandon helped me not the guy who was supposed to be helping me, I had a wonderful time talking to him he helped me find the right boots and color I was looking for, he put lifts in and made sure they were comfortable as he didn’t want me to be uncomfortable on my wedding day, when I came back to purchase the boots all of sudden the original guy wanted to help me? I said thank you but I’m waiting for Brandon he was helping me it felt like he was trying to steal his sale honestly. Tim is also amazing and I can tell he is a great boss too he was very friendly and helped me sign up for all the stuff I needed, give these two a raise I will be going back because of them.”
“Shannon D. (What the receipt said!) is so sweet. We came and visited from Iowa to see my grandmother who lives in Manchester. She helped my husband apply for a card that he was approved for and she was our cashier every time we came back (I love this store!!) over the 3 days we were in town. She remembered us, made us feel so welcomed and had the nicest smile. She is very good at her job as well. We will definitely be coming back to this location whenever we are in town!!!”

“Great experience! I had gained a bunch of weight during my pregnancy and it never came off. I had no idea how to dress my body and I've been wearing my pregnancy clothes for three years now because I could never find anything that flattered my body.
I booked an appointment with their stylists (which was free!) and they brought me a ton of beautiful clothes to try on. At first, I was not loving the clothes they brought as my stomach was still showing, so I told them my concerns and they brought me some better matches and styles I liked more. I left feeling much more confident and beautiful. The staff were all very pleasant to work with. They all feel like friends. I will be a life-long customer here!”
“Store is not well-sorted. It’s like the equivalent of searching through the bins to find some gems. The place is a little musty BUT it has TWO stories full of clothes that range from “grandmas old shirt” to “wow - what a good deal”. One of the workers here looks like Santa and even advertises himself as Santa ;) he’s really funny to our little grandkids.”

“Update: got a call from Christy at the Glendale location. She’s awesome, totally made things right and then some! Go see her for your shoe needs!!!Bought a rather expensive pair of Birkenstock sandals a little over a year ago. Normal seasonal wear, not everyday. They’ve broken. Rep at the store says that’s “common and a year of seasonal wear is normal for a hundred dollar pair of sandals”. So just a heads up, don’t expect more than a year of occasional use for your money here.”

“So this is probably the fourth shoe place we visited here at the mall and so far it seems to have the best prices. There are multiple shoes that are only $35 and there are multiple tags showing 30 and 40% off. There is one picture I took of a plain white shoe that might be a retro thing, but why it's $90 is beyond me”

“Store is clean, organized, and well stocked. Staff is so friendly. The prices for the designer and upscale retail pieces are fair. They do have some Target pieces mixed in, the prices are too high for those. I bought a pair of Vineyard Vines shorts with the tags still on for $14, great value. Will definitely be back.”
