“Both my wife and I have used their screen repair service and were extremely happy. I'm a pretty big DIY guy, and the cost for the tools and replacement screen for my phone would have been $230 from ifixit, and the directions looked like a huge pain. It was $40 more for them to do it all for me. Part wasn't in stock but they ordered it and it was in the next day. It was 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. Awesome place.”

“Bought a phone from Apple and wanted to use their credit card. Was told they only finance the big carriers. I considered looking into switching, but I am really happy with Cricket. To get my new phone to work, I had to go to a Cricket store. I walked into the store in High Ridge (Dillion Plaza) 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday and was greeted by Landon. I apologized to him for coming in last minute and he assured me it was no problem. He was very kind and got my phone up and running very quickly. The service I received from Landon has convinced me that I made the right choice sticking with Cricket.”

“Stopped by FoxPaw to fix my iPad after it flew off my front porch during some COVID home yoga. Needless to say it was pretty damaged hitting my driveway. Despite the challenging circumstances, they went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and exceeded our expectations.Firstly, when my daughter's phone was stolen along with her identification and bank card, we were concerned about the security of our account. However, the store at 1008 Loughborough Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63111, went out of their way to keep our account safe. The sales associate who assisted her was incredibly patient and helpful, and we are grateful for his excellent service. “Here I come, I had a dead screen on my old iPhone 6s I took it at the fix Gallerias st Louis they fixed it and charged me $103 + taxes and in less than 30 days the screen broke down with cracks on it. I brought it back there was a tall guy dark skin and chubby was so mean till the security intervene and the other guy told me to come next week. I came again and luckily I found the owner at the store and fix the problem screen. He understood me well. If you are experiencing the same issue as me with his employees please ask for the owner to intervene, you might get your issue solved amicably. He was great and made me calm even though I was so mad for a lot of money I didn’t paid initially.”
