“Both my wife and I have used their screen repair service and were extremely happy. I'm a pretty big DIY guy, and the cost for the tools and replacement screen for my phone would have been $230 from ifixit, and the directions looked like a huge pain. It was $40 more for them to do it all for me. Part wasn't in stock but they ordered it and it was in the next day. It was 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I walked out. Awesome place.”

Since I been back with boost this was my first time going in since I left and I can say they definitely fixed their issue with their employees she is much much better then all the others”

“Bought a phone from Apple and wanted to use their credit card. Was told they only finance the big carriers. I considered looking into switching, but I am really happy with Cricket. To get my new phone to work, I had to go to a Cricket store. I walked into the store in High Ridge (Dillion Plaza) 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday and was greeted by Landon. I apologized to him for coming in last minute and he assured me it was no problem. He was very kind and got my phone up and running very quickly. The service I received from Landon has convinced me that I made the right choice sticking with Cricket.”
