“I had a wonderful experience at Refresh! I had several dresses to donate for their upstairs collection and I was met with the nicest woman, Tammy. She didn’t hesitate to help me carry in the dresses and steamer. Then I was given a coupon to use for my donation. This was my first time donating and shopping here! I found so many cute items and will certainly come back! The only tricky thing was parking but I planned on going at a time that the traffic wasn’t bad. I immediately called the store and the manager, Sanela, took all of my information and promised to search through the donated jewelry. She said it could take a while to track down (if it hadn’t been sold already), but 10 minutes later she called me back saying they’d found it! It was back in my hands later that same day. “First time here at this location. I donate a lot of items to charity companies like this and I like to come when I'm looking for a good bargain. I recently completed a diamond art project and needed a very specific frame, but did not want to spend much money. I needed a large border on it. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a lot of pictures here. There was probably four different ones that were options I could've used. They also had some brand new items at the store as well. Lots of really good cookware/glass decor items. They had a good section of clothing if that's what you're looking for, and some furniture as well. The folks working here were very nice and helpful. My friend purchased a large piece of furniture for her daughter. They will be picking it up later. The lady told her that all she had to do was pull around back and they will have people bring the item to her and loaded up in their truck for them. That's good service.”
