“I’ve been to this store twice, and always been amazed at not only the Customer Service, but the gracious help they give you without exorbitant amount. In fact, they were those two times that my phone needed to be clean because he connection terminal was dusty or wet. Sam, technician provided the friendly and courteous service, quickly analyze the two problems, and as I was waiting, he quickly resolve the issues with just a couple of cleaning treatments. He charged me $30 for the first time of cleaning my phone terminal, but the subsequent time, or recently, he did charge me to send. I had a faulty charger, and he actually replace the cable attached to the charger. Even then he did not charge me, and I was Just amazed of his gracious treatment. Anyway, I highly recommend the store because of its friendliness, prompt treatment, and thorough analysis of the problem. I will definitely go back again, and encourage you to consider the store as your place for not only repairs, but phone service.”
