“When me & my wife came into the store seen as if we were being ignored until an employee came from the back named Jada & from there everything changed. she was very knowledgeable about every product in the store it seemed like. She apologized to us about the wait. She was very professional but at the same time made us laugh throughout the whole process. You guys have a very very good employee there make sure you hang on to her.”

“Dropped my phone off there after it was water damaged at a music festival. Everyone I interacted with was super helpful and friendly! I expected to pay around a couple hundred because they ended up having to do some experimenting with my phone to figure out what was wrong with it. They kept in contact through the whole proccess, and it ended up only being 120$! My phone feels brand spankin' new! Super highly reccomended! I will be using them again in the future for any of my phone or phone - adjacent repairs!”

“This week, John, a service rep at the Brentwood AT&T store, went above and beyond to help me. My son had newly traveled to China for a work assignment and needed an unlocked phone -- ASAP -- to get access to a Chinese phone service and Chinese banking. John handled everything -- got the phone unlocked, talked my son through getting the SIM card installed (it looked like the wrong size initially), and even tested his new connection by texting and calling my son directly.
