“Great customer service. They held a telephone that was unfortunately lost which was the reason I had to go out there at the last minute. Considering that they were getting ready to close. They were very respectful, very mannered. They treated me as a customer who was just walking through the door while the store was just opening. Even though the store was getting ready to close. I think them very very very much. They had beautiful words to say they gave words of encouragement. “Dillard's is actually a pretty cool place to shop (guy pov) I got my beddings from here (absolutely loved the products, and how easy the workers made it for me to chose). Today I got a few bottles of cologne and the lady was super nice, helpful, and really engaging. I almost want to come work here it's so cool. I also bought Casio watches for me and my nephews a month ago.”
“My friend and I had the pleasure of meeting and consulting with the knowledgeable and kind Ms Claudia, a stellar representative of Clinique Cosmetics at the Macy’s West County Mall location in Creve Coeur MO.
She was immediately engaging with her friendly greeting. I was impressed with her willingness to listen to my concerns and questions, gathering information on her new client’s needs and working to address these, rather than launching into any high pressure sales script.
Ms. Claudia has a greatly appreciated talent for color analysis and helped me and my friend select products that perfectly blended with our skin tones.

“This location is heavily trafficked. Yet, it is organized and well maintained. It carries the usual offerings of clothing for the family, home goods, furniture, beauty and healthcare, jewelry, bath, hair care and pet accessories. They also have a small food section (snacks, teas, spices etc.) There is ample parking. The service is welcoming. The prices are standard Marshalls.”

“The Target in Bridgeton on St. Charles Rock Road has the absolute fastest curbside employee ever. I have ordered from this location, at least five times-every time I go to pick up, the guy has your order out in the parking lot exactly when you pull up. He is so fast and efficient, it’s unreal. “JAMES made the trip worth while! After losing my family member in the store the first time (Those motorized carts were super charged that day) I asked multiple associates where the tooth brushes were and literally everyone gave the most vague and wrong answers! Literally so annoying when I'm just just trying to figure out where the toothbrushes are and no one knows! Then I saw JAMES looking like he actually wanted to help! I got his attention and he walked me over to the toothbrushes and I found my family member! Of course the toothbrushes were locked up so he helped us get one she liked out the case and went about his work. I told my family member that I would be waiting outside for her and ended up losing her again haha! And what you do you know ... there was JAMES again willing to help me find her. If it weren't for him this trip would have turned into a disaster seriously. All of the associates and I literally mean ALL of them could learn how some customer service skills from him! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!”

“Touchless which I love and it’s hard to find 🙌🏽 this location has two washers, touchless and the one with the brushes but I only use the touchless. Gives a great wash. I usually wash my own car because I’m particular but I frequently get a wash here as I pass on I270 just to keep the dust off. All Sams Clubs should have these! They’re the best! You cannot beat the price. Downside… sometimes they are out of commission but as of a week ago they were working just fine. Hope this helps someone because it took me some time to find a touchless wash!”
