“They got what I need to get the job done. Pumps stay on all night as long as you can pay with a card which is great. They will usually have some cheddar dogs rolling on the roller grill ready to go if you need a snack.”

Conveniently located off of the St.Roberts exit and I44 heading East.”

“Every employee I’ve ever interacted with at this Casey’s (usually in the early morning) has been nothing but nice and welcoming! Wonderful people and sooooo much better than the St. Robert Casey’s where everyone is incredibly rude. I live closer to the St. Robert Casey’s but will go out of my way to the Waynesville location every single time. I also love the app and the Casey’s cash for points.”

“Prices are just a little bit more on the gouging side but when you have regular customers that go there and the owner/employees know the many different patrons that come in and out by name and vice versa. There is always a smiling face and you can almost feel the caring from the ones behind the counter. It may be pricey but it's as they say. "You get what you pay for".”

“Came in to visit the restroom and a soda refill. Pepsi products in their fountain, but plenty of bottled soft drinks to choose from. A 44 Oz refill was .89, which is quite reasonable. Cashier was friendly and informative, enjoyed my stop. They do sell lottery products, and I saw what appeared to be some gaming machines. The grounds were clean, and everything seem well-tended.”

“When redeeming my membership discount points, it would not pump the full 20 gallons.
It only allowed 19.91 gallons, close, but not what is advertised. I have to wonder how often this has happened and I didn't catch it until today. For a single person, a single time it's not much. But 100 people using the membership 100 times a year, well, I'd say it's wrong to not do the proper amount every time.”

“My family and I are traveling for thanksgiving and decided to stop at this gas station!! We walked in and immediately the employees were wishing everyone who walked out a happy thanksgiving and greeting the people who walked in with “good morning(s)” and big smiles. I wanted to point out 2 specific people. I didn’t catch either of their names but the young lady who had purple hair, round glasses and a white claw clip was extremely nice. She made sure not a single person left without a kind word. She had been stocking a freezer and offered to move so we could grab something and said it was no problem (very sweet) and there was an older gentleman who was working behind the food court who had a warm smile as soon as we walked in and he helped us find utensils. Overall I really enjoyed my time there!!”

“Off the beaten path gas station. Very ordinary but let me say this, the customer in front of me seemed distracted or confused about something. It took everything she had to dig thru her purse and pay. Philips clerk was patient, polite, respectful. One of the best customer service moments I have ever seen.”

“I live near this place, it is super nice and very fast service! They have the best honey stung chicken sandwiches, and chicken gizzard. They also have corn dogs, pizza and hamburger. Also the store itself is really cool looking and definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.”

“Tana the general manager is absolutely wonderful!! I can tell she truly cares about her store and the people she hires to work in it. I've had many positive interactions with other employees like Max, Alpha and Daniel. I always walk in to smiling faces and they actually remember who I am and use my first name. I find it very endearing and respectful when those working in customer service take the time to remember the little moments of passing. There's never been a situation where I haven't been given the proper assistance for anything I've needed when I come into the store. Because of this, I actively CHOOSE to stop at this Road Ranger even when I've already passed another convenience store location. Ive become a regular stopping by to get a fountain drinks as I LOVE DR PEPPER, gas fill ups and any extra things I might need like cigarettes or a special treat to take my kids like their free Frazil Fridays. THANK YOU TANA for always having a superbly clean store with wonderful employees who show they actually care about the job they are performing. Your restrooms are also one of the few that I have been to at a truck stop that are truly regularly kept cleaned!! I can't express how much I appreciate that! As a woman and mother to a young daughter I've seen some pretty bad restrooms at other locations and that alone stops me from continuing to come through especially with my kids. Please keep up the hard work because it shows and I truly look forward to seeing y'all whenever I come through.”

“The associates here are so awesome. Always so friendly and kind.
For those whining about people pulling in the wrong direction at the pumps, there's no point in having massive lines when half of the pumps are empty because most vehicles have thier tank on the left. Sometimes rules are stupid and meant to be broken. But enjoy spending 30 minutes waiting for a pump lol.”
