I’ve ordered a couple items from VCF over the years, and everything along with delivery and assembly has been great. ..but on my most recent purchase I had to cancel my order about a week later (due to my fault of error of measurements.) They were so kind and helpful, even when I called to make this return. That says a lot about their excellent customer service, and I will be sure to shop this location for my upcoming furniture needs! “We had an emergency with our adult son’s adjustable base on his bed. He currently is bed bound and depends on the base to perform daily functions. It stopped working last night. We stayed up till around 4 am trying to fix it, ultimately it was finished. This morning we called and spoke to Jake at Mattress Firm and what a pleasure it was. We are receiving a new base tomorrow morning. Every other place had 4 to 8 week shipping wait. We will definitely use them again. We appreciate all they did.”

“We went into the store to look at rocking recliner. John F came up to ask if we needed help. I told him exactly what I wanted, leather manual recliner. Within a minute John showed me the recliner on my dreams. It was a little fancier & more expensive than I needed or wanted. But, John showed me the gadgets with all benefits.
Great salesmanship on John's part.
Only wish it were free delivery as in previous years considering the cost of the recliner with warranty & such.

I decided to with a different color. It was in stock, in gray, which matches my carpet. They scheduled it for a Saturday morning delivery. The delivery team was great!! Customer Service was great!! “We have an awful lot of activity in our living room. From a 2 year old great granddaughter, a granddaughter, to a 45 year old daughter & a 2 year old small dog.
In the winter we heat with a wood stove. So we'll find out how that works.
Anyway we found an 8 x 10 rug/carpet at a very reasonable price and on sale too. Can vacuum and rug shampoo it.
So far we love it.”

“So happy that I found The Refind Room. I was looking for a couch and some other pieces in my furniture hunt. I stumbled upon a very nice large couch that I loved and the price was perfect! Before I discovered The Refind Room, I had looked at Weekends Only Furniture. I was shocked they wanted so much for low quality furniture. I am a young professional who is on a budget, but I love nice things! So in came The Refind Room. I actually found them through a Google search and went as soon as they opened. The lady working in the store (I didn't catch her name, but she was so nice to me) helped me with my questions and recommended a mover for my couch. The company she recommended was awesome! “I have no idea where all these bad reviews are coming from because I have had nothing but great customer service at this location, and I am a frequent shopper of this PBK. I love how organized and inviting the store is, and I like the ladies that work here–always helpful and sweet! Although it can be expensive, the furniture and decor are high quality, and to me that is worth the price. PB also has a good rewards program if you are a frequent shopper. I have purchased many items for my children's bedrooms/nurseries from this store. Just recently, I purchased a pair of acrylic bookshelves and a crib sheet for my daughter. Happy with both purchases!”
