I brought in a pair of very expensive - very heavy - speakers and my helpers dropped one on the way to get into my car. Not only did he fix the dust cover that was loose on one of the speakers, he also worked tirelessly on fixing the wood cases that had been damaged in the drop. I purchased a phone at Walmart they said was affiliated with Verizon. I did not know my password they set up another account that did not work
I took it to the Verizon store where Jerry after much work and patience finally got it straightened out. He is such an asset to your company! I have been a Verizon customer for a long time and now with extreme help from Jerry I will never change. Please let him know how much he is needed and respected!

“I actually stopped in to this location just yesterday as it's literally right nearby the apartments that I live at and I had a pretty decent experience there, I just simply needed a new sim card as something went wrong with the one I had and the person that worked there took a look at my Galaxy S10 phone which is through cricket and hooked me up with what I needed.
Pretty fast and quick experience, it's a cool location. Peace. ✌?”
