“I recently switched from a different carrier after 8 years and have been having issues with my service. I came to this location after purchasing my phone elsewhere. Sabrina was so unbelievably helpful and treated me as if I was a customer buying 5 phones from the store. She spent time with me, fully explained everything and how to possibly avoid the same issue in the future. She went out of her way to search for more answers and is following up! I've never experienced top rate service at any cellphone carrier location when the employee knew from the start there was technically nothing in it for them. I was so pleased I was looking for something small to buy just to thank her and she explained that wasn't necessary and I am 100% certain I will get the same treatment at this location in the future whether I am adding 10 lines, just paying my bill or having technical difficulties again!! “Sent in my Red Magic 6 Pro and they did a superb job of fixing it. They also speak English so it was easy to get in, drop the phone off, and pick the phone up. I can't guarantee how the inside of my phone looks like in terms of cable management but all my lights work and every corner works. They made quick work of replacing my screen. He informed me I had water damage, I had already known but I did not know it was to the extent to where he could tell as soon as he opened it. I'll probably have this phone for a year or so before I replace it, but I recommend this place to anyone who wants to make sure their phone is in good hands. Hopefully I won't be coming here often but I probably will haha, great repair I hope for decades of prosperity for them.”
