Fair price and didn’t have to deal with some corny sales rep like at Discount Tire or any other corporate tire shop, and we already know the dealerships overcharge. I’ll go back for sure.”

Could have charged me for balancing all the tires but instead came to talk to me about how bad the 2 front tires were, both needing almost 2 pounds of weights to balance even after rotating the tires on the wheel. Balanced the front 2 as safely as possible and charged me accordingly. Gave me a great price on new tires that I will going back to purchase very soon. Highly recommend!”

“I had an excellent experience at this location. My husband replaced the struts and couple other things on my car and I needed an alignment right after. Making my appointment online was easy. Both the men who assisted me the day of my appointment were very kind and thorough. Their pricing was transparent, what I was told on the phone by Sean after they looked at my car was the same amount I paid when I picked up; no hidden charges. “I picked up my boat and trailer which was being repaired and they showed me that two of my four tires on my trailer were bald from losing their tread. Its like when the big tractor trailers loose their tread which flies off while they are driving. I did not know how long the air pressure would last but I had to get to a tire store fast and I was an hour from home. I google whos sells tires near me and I got three businesses. I called all three but they were all too busy to help me. I mean zero help! I saw one more tire place aout 5 miles away and decided to risk going there. When I arrived at Heartland Tire and Treads, I was a bit hopeful because there was three or 4 semi trucks in their tire bays. I went inside and approached a really nice woman who worked behind the counter. I told her I was up a creek without a paddle and I did not know where to find help. She was very kind and asked how she could help. She asked what size tires i had and I had forgotten to look. She accompanied me outside and took a picture to bring back inside. One of the guys in an office introduced his himself and asked me and the nice lady what he could do to help. After I explained, he went to work. 15 minutes later he called me into his office and he found 2 tires that matched. He then called one of his employees to go get it. An hour later the tires arrived and I was told that they had two trucks that they were finishing up and as soon as one opened up they would take me next. My boat trailer was in the bay in 15 minutes. The tech had the trailer in and out in 30 minutes and the tires were a bargain. To have someone who takes the extra effort to help a customer with a problem I was unable to solve is an incredible experience. I am retired and live an hour west of kC and I don't know if I will ever be able to repay this shop with my business, but I implore you to please please give Heartland a try when you need new tires. You will never experience better service anywhere else. There are so few businesses that strive to give the very best in Customer Service and we must reward them. So l ask to give them a shot, you'll never regret it. Thanks Heartland, you did what no other Tire shop would do and you did it extremely well. I'm proud to have been your customer.”

Jay at the service desk is easy to work with and he gets things done. He goes out of his way to accommodate customer requests and you can tell he really cares about providing solutions rather than providing obstacles.
Tyler can run an alignment rack. Wow. My truck rides like a cloud! It tracks true with no vibration, even at speeds in excess of the posted limit (not that I would ever do such a thing).
