“I had recently been turned down by my bank for a small auto loan, due to lack of credit history. Shortly afterwards, I went here. Erica was wonderful, very kind and patient with a first time borrower such as myself. Even with a non existent credit history, I was able to secure a surprisingly decent loan with modest payments and interest, based on my income. Going to pick up the truck tomorrow. Thanks so much Erica and everyone else at Service 1. Y'all made my day!”

“While I don't have an account here their ATM is free within my works payment debitcard network. While I have been here and the ATM was broken. I was surprised that the screen had a live person speaking to me, informing me of the issue. And if I could be helped any other way with their services.”

“Val is the most helpful person at this branch. Called her about a matter concerning my account and she got it fixed and personally reached out to let me know. 10/10 customer service.”

“I dealt with Cory Jones for over a year (not SMB's fault) with an issue regarding an estate. He was timely, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I can't speak for the entire branch, but I can say, for certain, that you'll have a great experience if you have the opportunity to work with Cory.”

“Oh what a blessing Rebecca is. I screwed up and let a scammer get access to our accounts. I called, had them freeze my accounts. We then went to the bank, closed all three of those accounts and opened new ones. Rebecca and two tellers (so sorry I didn’t get their names) stayed 2 hours after closing to straighten my mistakes. I received a courtesy call to check and make sure that all was going ok.”

“There are not enough thank yous to Kevin. He definitely has gone above and beyond for my family. Because of employees like him, i will continue to stay with US Bank. He was extremely professional, patient, helpful, efficient, and did what he could to assist with what I needed. I truly appreciate him and everything's he done for me.”
