“Generally speaking, we've never had a problem here with poor service. Transactions via drive-thru are swift (for a bank) and painless.Yes, lines are a little long inside. Yes, there may sometimes be a wait. But bank service is not instantaneous. The people working inside need to make sure they complete every order with accuracy -- which they do.”
