“I’m really pleased with our Gou Gou Pets products! They gifted me some allergy shampoo and first-aid ointment for my dog who was struggling with environmental allergies. Her ear tips would dry out, chap, and break open. Using this ointment once a day has helped them stay moisturized and we didn’t have one incident of them opening this spring. My dog who got skin scabs last year due to allergies did not get any this year when I kept up on baths with the allergy shampoo! I am super impressed by how well these worked!”

“I tell e.one about this place. They make having a pet affordable w the cost of shots less then half the price of a regular vet office. They are fast & friendly w a very effective way of processing their appointments w an easy to use website to schedule your appointment easily & they send out reminders every year when your pet is due for shots. They also have cat & dog food available for free for those who r in need as well as supplies like bowls, leashes, collars, cages even s.times.Great resource if u have pets!!”

“I am always afraid to start a new groomer just like your own hair stylist you don't know what you'll get right? I meet w Weston the groomer that we were very fortunate to get for my year old Goldendoodle. Ginger had been groomed before but the last time she was completely taken down to a poodle at a different grooming place and I was so shocked I could not talk. But Weston met w me I showed him the prior grooming pic saying I don't like that! He looked at her pointed out she had some matting but said he would do his best. Weston rocks....Ginger is beautiful! My husband and I love her look! Weston you are outstanding! Ginger has found a new man in her life in Weston!”
“The KINDEST people around. My tire blew out in the storm last night. Long story short, pulled into the shop lot and left my car there over night. When I got back to the shop today, not only were they so nice and understanding about me leaving my car on their property, but Anthony literally changed my tire for me. I cannot thank you enough!! “I have been using their collars since 2005!! Love the collars so much.♥️ Some do not like to get so close to bully breeds. Luckily, only once did someone call. Annie jumped out of the vehicle at Costco. We got the call immediately and got our baby from the person who called. Those tiny tiny tiny tags are unreadable because of the size. If you know anything about dogs, last thing you do is put your face near a dog you do not know!”

“My wife and I have kept our 14 year old Manchester terrier here along with our 3 year old standard poodle a number of times. Most recently we had them at puppy playpen for a 12 night stay. Are two dogs have very different temperaments but both enjoy staying here. The staff here really love dogs.”
“A friend had recently been in the hospital, so she wasn't able to wash her dog, and I couldn't wash her dog, because the dog didn't know me. She called Petco, and got a same-day appointment to have the dog washed and clipped. When we walked in, no one was at the check-in, so we waited a few minutes, then found someone to page them. A young lady came out, and was friendly both to us and to the dog. She took the dog back with hugs and kisses, and let us know that she would call when the dog was ready. We were able to get my friend home, run errands, and get back to pick up a well-groomed doggie when we got the call. Thanks, Petco!”

“Finally!!!I used to drive my dog two hours away for a great haircut. When that got old, I searched KC for a groomer who could provide the same service. After YEARS of haircuts that were inconsistent, choppy, and awkward looking, I was referred to Bobbi’s.Not only is this one of the best grooms my big Golden retriever has ever had, it was affordable, timely, and they provided great service. Charlie came home happy, his ears feel like a blanket, and he looks years younger.I am so glad we heard about you. We’re so happy and can’t wait to continue our business with you.”
“I absolutely adore this store! The mother & son duo who took over ownership in the past few months are absolutely amazing, friendly, personable, and just all around great people - they're even on a first-name basis with my two dogs. They have a great selection of treats and stand by their products. My dogs are huge fans of their Rocco Meatlovers dog treats; they might be my picky goldendoodles’ all-time favorite. The store is clean, inviting, and well-stocked with a great selection.
We can't visit the vet next door without stopping in; my dogs demand it.
If you haven't checked them out since ownership changed, you should absolutely pop in for a quick look - it's night and day compared to the old owners!”
“This is absolutely the best Pet Store in the Midwest! Highly suggest going whether or not you enjoy pets. This store mainly focuses on fish which is great. They keep both fresh and saltwater (don't get your hopes up about the coral) and they also have some of the most exotic fish available: redtail catfish, grouper, arowana, halfbeak, flowerhorn, and exotic guppies. I would like to also point out that their employees are wonderful. Great service and hospitality! (especially Alex) This store has helped me to achieve my goal of having many beautiful tanks!”

“Our cat had her claws trimmed and was very calm as the stylist worked. I asked how did she do that? Lavender essential oil. She said, “I do that with all my cats.” I like that.”
“Excellent attention from all staff towards pets. Several times I have left my dogs for several days here and they always return perfectly healthy. It is also very good that there are cameras in the place from which you can monitor your pet's activity. In addition, the entry requirements for pets are adequate to ensure that they are vaccinated and thus avoid the spread of diseases or parasites. It is the trusted daycare for my pets.”
“Great small business, very reasonably priced.They totally help me out when I was in a clinch. I had to make a bunch of custom. Sewer vent filters for a client, and they had two jugs of activated carbon media waiting for me when I showed up.”
