“I worked with Charlie and her staff on a very special memorial project. From start to finish Charlie went beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. The final results were exactly what I wanted. I messed up on the sizing and Charlie still fixed it for me. Her patience and understanding are outstanding and I'm so grateful. “Clean & always easy to run in. Gives us somebody’s mail that doesn’t live their anymore, even though we’ve written “does not live here” on envelopes & she said she wouldn’t deliver anymore.”
“The few times I've gone into this post office I've had good service from the same lady each time. I have mailed a few large envelopes and small bubblers for my Grandpa and she was helpful in letting me know how my envelopes needed to be sealed in the future so they wouldn't get ripped by the machines (you need to tape down the flap vs using the brad pin). She also let me know how I could ship one of my packages cheaper through media mail vs. first class or priority. As for my mail, it is always on time and in my box usually around noon or one. I've not had any issues with mail not being delivered to my box and my postal worker often goes above and beyond in making sure packages to big for the box after safely tucked into the porch. When I have ordered live aquatic plants and fish she had even made sure they were safely in my cool garage (if it was open) or in a shady spot on the porch. All and all pretty happy with my service.”
“The postal lady or clerk #33 was friendly happy and was very enjoyable to watch with others. This world has been very hard and I got to see how kind and wonderful she was. I'm usually the one lending a helping hand and I got to receive kindness from her today and it really touched my heart to see kind and helping each other out in times of need and I want to thank her and make sure to give a kind hand to her when I can she showed me that there are great people still in this world.
