We had a passport appointment, we showed up but the person doing passports didn't come into work. No notification or anything. The employee acted like it was our fault for not knowing the passport appointments were cancelled.

Whoever was at the front desk on December 29th 2025, can’t say Hi, Can’t say Thank you, can’t say Merry Christmas, can’t smile, nothin. Energy is bad, like why are you so mad? It doesn’t cost to be a decent human being. I’m not coming back solely because of this lady.
