78 N 2nd St, HartsburgDecided to stop in after dinner and a long day on the Katy Trail. Bar reminds me of a small town watering hole where neighbors, friends, etc., stop by for a drink after a long day. Kaden was our bartender for the evening and while very nice and friendly to us, it was really obvious he had not be properly trained on making cocktails. This was his first night working the bar by himself (so im told) and while he didnt do bad, knowledge of mixology was lacking. Also, he was deep involved in conversation with a local, and this caused the other 4 people in bar to have to wait for him to check on our drinks. Once he receives additional training ( which is responsibility of owner!) He is going to be great and this will be a great bar!
