“Excellent customer service, take your business here instead of the other locations for hardware. Not knocking them, just saying the staff here were super helpful in comparison to what I’m used to. The staff deserves recognition for that, I’ve experienced a lot of hardware store staff… this was what I pray for when I’m on the road for work. Thanks again guys.”

“Most helpful, knowledgeable hardware store I have ever experienced. Shop there all the time and have been doing so for years. I can get in and out in a matter of a few minutes. Contrast that to big box stores where you can get your daily walking requirement in before you find what you need or before you can talk to an employee. And most big box employees are not very knowledgeable.”
“Decided to stop by here and see if I could get a nice tool set put together for my son for Christmas and this store did not disappoint. I found everything I needed plus some. The staff was very nice and helpful.”
“The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”

“Almost every worker I passed by today said hi and was very friendly. (It did help that I had my dog with me :) however, they were very kind and respectful of my dog who is still learning how to interact with the general public. My dog got a few treats. Chatted with a worker named Alicia who was very sweet and made me feel welcome. Thankful for kind people!”
“The 5 stars are for Phil in Windows & Doors at the Fenton, Mo store. Phil helped my wife & I today with several items (spent $555.00) in multiple departments none of which were Windows & Doors. I know he saved us at least an hour if not more time in the store. If Lowes had him training they would have more 'on the ball' employees. Home Depot & Menards would be wise to hire him away and put him in charge. Thanks Phil!”

“I love Menards, they don’t have it in Alabama so I come every time I visit my daughter in St. Louis. I always find whatever I need. The staff is very helpful. One request is to get more than two mobility scooters. The populist is getting old. I had to not go to one two days ago because they only had one scooter and a lady literally came in after me and took it in front of me. Those of us that need it really need it.”

“I was at the store approximately 30 minutes before closing and store staff, including the cashier, Riley S., was beginning to clean the store. As soon as I approached the check-out station, Riley S. immediately stopped cleaning the floor and quickly walked over to process my purchase. I was greeted warmly and was assisted efficiently. She did a great job.”
“My husband and I worked with Jason in the window and door department . Even though Home Depot did not have what we needed they referred us to another place that could help us . Jason even called a few weeks later to see if we found what we needed. And I told him we did at Pease Glass in Indiana . They offer replacement glass for your front door and side lights which updated our 30 year old door to the farmhouse look..Everyone at Arnold Missouri is very helpful.”
