“No issues ever when I go here. I typically am only dropping off packages. The self-service option is convenient and quick whether you have a package pre-labeled or need to scan a QR code to print out a label. This is an underused service that people can use to shorten their visit, especially if it happensto be a busy time. If I have to go to the counter, the workers are always friendly and competent.”
“I highly recommended The UPS store in a group chat with my friends before leaving the parking lot. The staff at this store instantly makes anyone feel welcomed as soon as the door opens. For me, I came in with a project & I was kinda of dreading it because I thought the project would be a hassle. Beth took all those fears away & reassured me my project would be perfect. “I drove 16 miles out of my way to come to this location and it was well worth it. I live in Kirkwood and the post office locations near me provide horrendous customer service. Andrew helped me at this location and was pleasant, courteous, and prompt. It was well worth the drive to have a pleasant interaction. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!”

“I want to give a Shout Out to a Postal Service employee that went out of her way to help solve a problem of my own making. Adrienne at the Walnut Grove, CA Branch was able to solve a very complex problem and went out of her way to keep me informed through the whole process. “The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.”
“I've had a PO box here for several years. There is rarely any waiting at the counter, and the two-person staff always provides great service, often going above & beyond the norm for things like accepting & holding packages that won't fit in a PO box.
The previous reviewers who complained about local mail delivery are misguided, because this small post office does not deliver mail to local addresses; it's all delivered by the larger - and busier - Imperial post office.”

“Mathew was very knowledgeable and personable when I visited the Kirkwood store #0333 this morning. I had mistakenly put the form for a return item to LLBean in my package without first cutting off the part of the return form that was intended to be given to UPS. Mathew gently removed the form and cut off the correct info. Thank you Mathew and UPS! .

“Phoebe was fantastic! I had an urgent deadline to print about 20 copies of three different sales booklets for a very important meeting. I was able to get them in midday, and pick them up by the end of the day. She was wrapping them up as I walked in and confirmed if they were needed by end of day. When I said, yes, she said she would be sure to make it happen and asked for a few minutes to complete them. She was working by herself and helping a few customers when I walked in. She was still able to get them done about 30 minutes before they closed. Her customer service skills were impeccable, and her hard work was very evident, as she was working to get them done. She also had a very high sense of pride in the finished product. They turned out great!”

“A nice UPS shipping location to use and conveniently located inside a Dierberg's grocery store. Staff was pleasant but this one is a bit out of the way for me so I'm not sure I will be a regular customer. Still, if you need to ship something via UPS and find yourself in the area this is a perfectly good place to accomplish that chore...and then go find something to feed the family for dinner.”
“Our mail carrier Doug is amazing! He has gone out of his way a few times to get us our packages and an item that we lost. We lost a tablet and he found it on the side of the road and returned it to us! Not many people would have done that. Anyone I've came into contact with from this post office has been so nice and accommodating. New postmaster and all of her employees are great! Thank you for all that you do!!”
“the assistant manager and the woman who were working together on sunday (8/16) were very helpful and nice to my mom and I and worked with us on a solution while we were attempting to mail large posters. After our negative experience at an office depot fedex location it was a breathe of fresh air to be treated with respect at this location. Thank you so much!”
“I love this PO. It is very convenient to my home and the staff is always very friendly. These people (Usually only have 1 person at the counter) work hard. Learn to go when they are not busy and it will be a better experience. If you want to be waited on with cheese and wine, don't go to government facilities.”

“This post office location is the sorting facility for the 63122 zip code. You cannot conduct regular postal business here. You will need togo over to the retail store on Kirkwood Rd.You may need to visit this location if the post office is holding a package for you. When you arrive be prepared to ring the bell as the inner door is closed and locked.The postal worker there the day I visited was friendly and helpful.”

“This is an amazing Post Office. The male and female workers here are always kind and helpful to me. I come in a lot, and they are wonderful. I am always greeted with positive attitudes and helpfulness. Regarding the bad reviews. You can tell when people are just plain narcissistic and think that everything needs to revolve around them.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I come in at least once a week to drop off packages.”
