I wasn't expecting much, but the owner, Adele, went above and beyond to help me figure out what had happened and how to fix it. She was patient and friendly and emailed me detailed instructions to follow. Excellent customer service!”

“The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.”

“There are other post offices closer to my home, but I choose to drive a little further to use the Des Peres facility. The staff there have been much more personable and helpful than other post offices. As others have shared, Dottie rocks passport renewals! She carefully reviewed our applications today, stapled our checks to the appropriate spot on the form, and told me when and how to check on the progress of our renewal. Thank you Dottie!”

“This post office location is the sorting facility for the 63122 zip code. You cannot conduct regular postal business here. You will need togo over to the retail store on Kirkwood Rd.You may need to visit this location if the post office is holding a package for you. When you arrive be prepared to ring the bell as the inner door is closed and locked.The postal worker there the day I visited was friendly and helpful.”
“Sonya helped me. I'm in the process of getting ready to close on my first home. I had some very important information for closing documents that needed to be faxed asap. She was amazing and helped me throughout the entire process. It was truly a great experience, and being in the middle of the loan deal on my house. “My experience with the worker here was great. I went to this location on January 26 and was met by a very kind man wearing a Indiana university sweatshirt. This guy was exceptional at his job. What I was trying to do was complicated and he knew exactly what to do guided me through the process while helping other people at the post office at the same time. This man was great at his job and if I were his boss I would give him a raise as soon as I could.”
“Kristy and Eric were the absolute greatest! Super friendly and helpful :) definitely went the extra mile to make sure that the illustration I was printing (to be framed for a present) turned out spectacular. They even helped me pick out the best card stock to print it on because the paper I brought was smudging. I will definitely be back to visit them the next time I need something printed!”

“Not sure why there are such bad reviews on this place because I've had only good experiences here!! The employees are very very nice and helpful and every time I'm there it takes me 3 minutes or less to drop off a package. Just had to balance out the horrible reviews”

We lost a tablet and he found it on the side of the road and returned it to us! Not many people would have done that. Anyone I've came into contact with from this post office has been so nice and accommodating. New postmaster and all of her employees are great! Thank you for all that you do!!”
