“Harter Houston is always a great place to shop. Their produce is fresh and prices are competitive with other companies.
You cannot beat the meat department here. They have Butchers on hand to answer questions or cut meat to order, a good selection of seafood as well. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to shop there everytime!”
“Why did I not know about this place sooner!?! Don't stop unless you plan to spend money because you will not leave with nothing..... I always find something I just got to have!”
“Nice place to shop. Has good variety of foods and fresh veggies too.Always check around the holidays to see what new items are in stock as they usually have a great selection.”
“The only reason I'm giving it four stars is of course that it is not as large as say Walmart or Price cutter.
That being said it is a nice supermarket that offers plenty of options
It has a food deli great produce department friendly staff in a clean environment.”
“The General Store that is considered my "location " is usually a mess. Things I need are rarely or never stocked. I can rarely/ never find help to locate an item or check out. When there are 2 or more customers waiting to check out I start hollering for an employee. I don't want weirdness to start. That should never happen and it scares me. Will not be back!!”
“Best manager of all time. Since this manager has taken over, she has turned this store into one of the best Dollar General’s in the country. I love shopping here and look forward to going to this Dollar General. Hope to see you there. lol 😆”
“Around the corner from my house... they are sometimes a life saver. The staff is always friendly, even though I know it's not always a breeze working for DG. I've never had any issues here and even when it's busy, they are good at stocking, checking, and generally making sure us silly consumers are well taken care of.”
“I can’t express how helpful ANDY the Store Manager was. He dropped everything he was doing and assisted me in finding everything I needed. Really went above and beyond. This is hands down my favorite price cutter in all of southwest Missouri.”

“This is my local shopping center. The parking lot is easy to navigate and has plenty of entrances and exits. Inside the store it's always clean and the temperature is nice considering we live in the south. I would have liked to have been able to find a representative faster to ask some questions but overall this is a great place to do your shopping”
“Thank you so much, Manager Todd and His associate, for your help on Friday night. I really appreciate you helping me get the items I need for my family and youth tonight. You both ROCK!”
“Love this store & workers are helpful Store is always moving items so have to ask ...but all Walmarts do that so it's the higher ups need a lesson on not moving stuff around all the time!”
“The gentleman Lex that was restocking was SUPER HELPFUL. The Ozarka water had not been restocked quite yet, and myself and two other customers were looking for some, he went out of his way, and grabbed that roller carrying that brand and loaded our carts with what we needed. He was super quick, and super helpful. 5+ stars for him!”

“I visited the Dollar General in Highlandville Missouri. I was passing through on my way to Branson. I was pleasantly surprised. There was a lot of stock to be put out which meant the aisles were a little crowded but, the staff was very accommodating and apologetic and friendly and positive as they were working in the aisles. Even the patrons there were friendly that day. Love this Dollar General!”
