After several hours in store and then later on the phone with tech support, apple, etc., the process to solving my issue was crazy, but Austin, Jody, and Brad were able to get me rocking and rolling again! “After 3+ hours on the phone with customer service trying to get a transfer pin & being put on hold multiple times, being told I couldn't get a transfer pin- I finally gave up. Went to the local store to see if their was anything to be done and Gage hooked me up!!! He fixed the issue in 20 mins. Thank you Gage!!”
