“My husband and I visited the Verizon location in Fenton, MO on Sunday, July 6, 2025. Susan was so friendly to all customers and kept us informed of who was next and that she would be with us shortly. Susan was attentive to us and kept us involved while we waited for her to finish with her existing customer.
We have been with Verizon since 2000 and it is because of the customer service that people like Susan delivers, that we stay with Verizon. We get asked by other carriers to move to them, but we do not want to risk losing the relationship with a company that hires people like Susan to work with. She is professional and friendly! She answered our questions with a great attitude. This is uncommon these days!”
“Alisha is the best! I was without a washer for a few weeks and she immediately got me in for a new one. I changed my mind a couple weeks later about wanting a matching set and she had to the dryer at my house in no time! Highly recommend :)”

“Originally I wasn't a customer at all. I came in possession of furniture for free 3 months ago that turned out to still had rent to be paid on through rent a center. I contacted rent a center and they made it to where I was able to keep items and to take over that account. They even threw me a good discount due to the situation.”

Young woman that brought everything out to my car was very friendly and kind. It took no time at all after ordering before I was told it was ready for pickup! Very happy with entire experience!”
