“Friendly staff with an excellent selection of clothing and gifts for your favorite sports fanatic. However, the store is too small for the amount of merchandise they carry. It's a second class store compared to the location in Lee's Summit where everything is neat and orderly and not over stocked.”

Got all 3 of my boys clothes as well and she asks them what wash they like before even picking out jeans. If you need new clothes and you wanna shop with someone who will make you or your kids happy, I would ask for Shannon you will definitely leave the store happy.”

“We usually go to the Windsor at Oak Park Mall to shop for dresses for my daughter for school dances. That place is a nightmare! Clothes everywhere, no organization of any kind (size, color, nothing!) super messy and crowded. Last weekend we were in the area so we decided to pop in to this location at Independence Center. Holy cow! This location is so well organized and clean! The staff was helpful and cheerful. I was shocked at the difference in the two locations!! We definitely will be making the drive to this location from now on! Was there glitter on the floor….yes, but it’s literally filled with glitter covered dresses. Get over that.”
“The short chunky kid, who i later found out was the manager, was extremely rude and didnt even acknowledge me when i asked for a dressing room .Im still going to give the store a good rating because the rest of the staff made was very helpful .”

“It's good when they have stuff but when they don't have s*** you can't get anything because all the moms with 10 kids buy everything up??♂️ now you can't even go to the restroom freely, you have to have a code to unlock the door, and the employee has to walk with you instead of giving you the number to the restroom which is ridiculous and having them do something extra is a pain in the ass and it's probably because people are thieves.”

“I ordered some items that didn't fit and was worried I couldn't return them because I didn't seem to get an email receipt. The store was able to find my order by my phone number and last name and I had no trouble exchanging the items for something that fit. I got a refund for the difference.The hand soap in the bathroom smells kind of like Old Spice. 5 stars.”
