“I have not been to a Harbor Freight store before. I was looking for a specific item and my niece suggested I look here. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted asking what I could be helped with. The gentleman took me directly to the items, explained my choices, delivered to the register and then put in my car. The custom service is beyond what is given at any other store of any kind.
