“The owner helped personally. Even though I only wanted 1 piece of wood, he acted like he had all the time in the world to help me and truly seemed to want to make me happy. I wasn't ready to buy, but he put the piece in back and said he'd be happy to hold it a few weeks, no payment or pushiness. The piece I wanted (10' x 14" x 2" ambrosia maple) cost just under $100. I'd seen similar wood for hundreds of dollars online. This store is a great find.”

He not only came impressively close (97% accuracy, with the 3% difference attributed to my sanding skills), but also suggested additional products to address potential issues and scratches.
