“I have not been to a Harbor Freight store before. I was looking for a specific item and my niece suggested I look here. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted asking what I could be helped with. The gentleman took me directly to the items, explained my choices, delivered to the register and then put in my car. The custom service is beyond what is given at any other store of any kind. It made my day! Made me feel like there is hope! Thank you and I will be back to browse when I have more time. Thank you!!!”

“Ace has many items and very helpful staff. They are a little overpriced. However, if you have no idea what you need and require a lot of help, they do a very good job.”

“My first stop was to Home Depot. Walked store trying to complete my list, just couldn't find the right items. Drove to Menards...such a better experience! I was able to find everything on my list. The options much better, I had choices. Very satisfying to shop a big store and need no help in getting everything I wanted.”
