“I absolutely love the store manager at this Boost location. She is intelligent, capable, patient, and able to deal with Boost Mobile's technical support team very effectively. This location offers Spanish. Se habla aquÃ. The parking lot is easily viewed from cash register area, this allows the manager to assist anyone that might have physical difficulties entering the store. Boost Mobile does have incredible deals on phones, & phone service plans. The manager keeps up on all of the current deals, discounts, & special offers. I have been to other stores. This store has the best customer service available from Boost. There's almost never a line. If you need to visit a Boost Mobile Store, I suggest that this location is your best bet for high quality, quick as possible service. Bear in mind that a store can only do so much about the speed of the technical support customers can receive. The manager will get your problems taken care of as quickly as possible!”

Michell was very pleasant.At the same time I would like to make complaint against Nani at the Sugar Creek store for lying to me about fixing the ACP, He also sold me a so called free tablet which later I found out I would have to pay $25 a month for it. Coincidentally right after leaving Nani my credit card had an unrelated charge on it.I’ve been with Metro for 7 years.”
