“Went yesterday to get my watch serviced and was struggling to get it to connect to my phone the guy was so nice and helped me threw it all he tried everything he could so I wouldn’t have to reset my watch but in the end I had to he said he’s only been able to do it maybe twice without a reset but that’s not his fault I’d say it’s an apple problem. Anyways I was nervous to go in because I was use to going to the Adams dairy store and those people in there are always so rude but this man Jason Fulson was so kind and patient I will defiantly be making that my store for now on even though it’s further from home so I can be treated nicely and like a human instead of a problem. Thank you so much for your kindness and your help going above and beyond helping me get my watch fixed and with service I really appreciate it so much. If anyone else wants to be treated with kindness and respect I recommend the 7hwy Verizon store.”
