Ordered a set of tires a week ago. Called in after a week for an update. They said that they would give me an update that day. 3 days later, 2 weeks plus, nothing. Time wasted. Bad customer service.

I do not like SamsClub's new telephone answering system for Tire & Battery department!Now, when you call, it rings one time and then gets transferred to a call center in a foreign country.When I call a store, I'm wanting to talk to an individual working physically at that physical store location.

One of the things I like about Sam's CLub isI having pizza lunch with yogurt. This is the worse snack bar.Behind in making pizza. Cold. Yogurt machine out. Slow service and unfriendly employees
