The lady that did my reservation was hopefull even tho it was last minute thing and also got me in a truck when I mess up on the size I need. Though I need a 20 foot truck but really need a 15 foot truck . And had know problem of down size. She was very hopefully and knew her job and wanted to help her customers .

Excellent customer service. Truck was ready, clean, and even preheated on a very cold 6° morning. They even had my dolly in the truck ready to go! I had added it to my order after 11pm the night before picking up 8am. Very appreciative, thank you.
