“I’m really pleased with our Gou Gou Pets products! They gifted me some allergy shampoo and first-aid ointment for my dog who was struggling with environmental allergies. Her ear tips would dry out, chap, and break open. Using this ointment once a day has helped them stay moisturized and we didn’t have one incident of them opening this spring. My dog who got skin scabs last year due to allergies did not get any this year when I kept up on baths with the allergy shampoo! I am super impressed by how well these worked!”
“My cat's Gotcha day was the 26th of March and we came here to see if they had anything for him. Unfortunately they didn't have any treats but we found some great treats for our dog. Also got my old man a cute little hat to wear. Doggie celebrated too so she got to wear the hat too. ?”

“The store by my house (Liberty, MO) closed. The next closest is around 20 minutes away. I shop at Pet Supplies Plus due to their coupons. The only place I’ve found to pay less than retail on a regular basis.
I called ahead and got excellent service to ensure they had the right brand, type, and size of what I needed. When it arrived it was waiting for me with the associate that greeted me warmly. The sale was pended for my convenience and I could have been in and out in 30 seconds; however, I had my dogs (Beagles) with me and we took a lap.
When we went to leave I was offered help to my car. I turned it down out of pride. Grabbing the 35lb bag in one hand and navigating the dogs with the other:).
Simple, quick stop that left the impression that the manager is doing more than just making a schedule for teenage associates.”
“I tell e.one about this place. They make having a pet affordable w the cost of shots less then half the price of a regular vet office. They are fast & friendly w a very effective way of processing their appointments w an easy to use website to schedule your appointment easily & they send out reminders every year when your pet is due for shots. They also have cat & dog food available for free for those who r in need as well as supplies like bowls, leashes, collars, cages even s.times.Great resource if u have pets!!”

“I am always afraid to start a new groomer just like your own hair stylist you don't know what you'll get right? I meet w Weston the groomer that we were very fortunate to get for my year old Goldendoodle. Ginger had been groomed before but the last time she was completely taken down to a poodle at a different grooming place and I was so shocked I could not talk. But Weston met w me I showed him the prior grooming pic saying I don't like that! He looked at her pointed out she had some matting but said he would do his best. Weston rocks....Ginger is beautiful! My husband and I love her look! Weston you are outstanding! Ginger has found a new man in her life in Weston!”
“The KINDEST people around. My tire blew out in the storm last night. Long story short, pulled into the shop lot and left my car there over night. When I got back to the shop today, not only were they so nice and understanding about me leaving my car on their property, but Anthony literally changed my tire for me. I cannot thank you enough!! Truly the definition of service with a smile and go the extra mile.”

“Everyone at Pete and Mac’s is fantastic! Stella Rose loves to go to daycare and see her fur friends as well as her human friends. We have taken advantage of Toe Tappin Tuesday’s as well as Wash me Wednesday’s. Stella is also getting personal training along with enrichment training from various staff members. They have a monthly party for birthdays and usually another party in the month where they take pictures for a minimal fee. And those pictures are the best!”

“This shop is 45 minutes from my apartment and I'll make the drive at least once a week. Pet-Topia is easily one of the best pet stores I've ever been to. I keep reef aquariums and this store can't be beat. Their prices are second to none, and their selection is phenomenal. On top of that, they have endless supplies, aquariums, and the staff are amazing. Not into aquariums? That's cool, they have anything and everything else you could ever need. Dog supplies, cat supplies, reptiles and amphibians, hamsters, and they send out special deals and offers on a daily basis. This place is the bees knees. Oh, and they have an aquarium with a bamboo and Epaulette shark. I mean how can you not enjoy the place?”
“Bogey and I are monthly regulars at the u wash in parkville. We were bumped to this location because the hot water heater was out in parkville. This location is spot on with the parkville location as far as ease of use and selection of treats. We really liked it here .”

“There is a GREAT selection of food and pet supplies here. Recently, I came in to look for a teether for my male kitten. His sister doesn't seem to try to chew on my nose or fingers, but he does when he wants something. He loves his new teether and uses it when he's cuddling on my bed. They both get very high quality wet food and very high quality dry kibble made for kittens and I do go check on their bowls when my boy kitten decides to use me as a chew toy. I'm very gentle with him and will remove my hands from petting him and will place him on the floor gently and he gets the picture and starts licking me instead. (Usually I don't go check on his bowl right after that. Not right away so as to discourage this behavior and not reward it.) And most of the time it's because his bowl has a tiny bit of kibble at the bottom of his bowl and wants me to put more in it for him. He's a silly boy! Hehe. He's getting so long and muscular compared to his sister too. Also, I want to make sure that people are aware that kittens this young can and do need to chew on things because they do this in the wild naturally when they're not domestic pets. Never tell a customer that you've never had this issue with your own kittens before. Your experience doesn't mean that it's the only experience that matters. It isn't. Just stay kind. I DID find a teething ring with catnip in the cat toy Isle by the way when an older employee told me that they don't have teething toys for kittens. She treated me like that was unheard of. If you feel guilty for doing that, it's ok to feel guilt?. Guilt is a helpful emotion that helps you to be kinder to someone else when or if they come in and ask for the kind of help I asked for. I think you can learn to be kinder to the next person. ? I came in with a gentle and kind request for the care of my kitten and his teething needs. I hope you choose kindness next time someone comes in with the same kind of gentle love and care someone has for their own kitten.”

“Best pet store around! The employees are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on any questions I had. The store is clean and all of the puppies are super sweet and ADORABLE. I worked with Giovanna and she was amazing! She was kind and gave me multiple tips and tricks of training my dog and cat that I have at home. I purchase all of my essentials here and utilize their free account system to get rewards and discounts on my items. Overall, this store is definitely my favorite pet shop in the NKC area and will continue to rave about it to my friends and family?”

“Starlings were running off my smaller birds so I went to the Backyard Bird Center to ask what I could do. They advised me that Starlings don't like safflower seeds because they have a hard time breaking the seed. I bought their safflower seeds, and I now see less Starlings because they can't find a seed they're interested in. Thank you!”
