I was hoping a package would arrive before the tracking, and the staff suggested I come the next morning. “I took a chance and suggested to a good friend to run to Staples about 30 minutes prior to closing. We needed a resume to be printed and on professional resume paper four three next morning. The staff took their time to break down pricing options. In the end we shipped around for dinner fest clearance options and payed a super reasonable price for the resume package. Highly recommend. You can find all your office needs and more.”

There are so many ware houses in one enterance. You should be very alert to find your ware house's name. You should be very experienced driver to come here. I don't want to come here again. “One of the best post offices I have ever been too. People are nice. At the end of the day its still the USPS with all the problems that come with it. But the staff has always been very good to me here and have gone the extra mile to help. People saying they didnt get their boxes scanned in should go in and get a reciept if its that important. All my boxes have been scanned however. As for the lines. Its the post office people ... at least its not the DMV!”

I had a truly excellent experience at the FedEx Shipping Center on Front Street in KCMO, thanks to a representative named Eric B. I came in needing help with shipping a package and wasn’t sure what size box I needed. Eric took the time to personally look for a small box that would work, and he was incredibly patient, polite, and professional throughout the process.
Even when a line of customers came in behind me, Eric never rushed me or made me feel like a burden. He stayed focused on helping me and made sure everything was taken care of correctly. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it really stood out.
