“My family including extended family, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, the whole fam damily has been going to Mike's Service Center for more than 25 years and the reason is simple....they are honest. Having sat in the waiting area and over hearing the conversations between the seasoned mechanics and management and hearing them discuss ways to help the customer is pretty damn near amazing. I remember as a kid going in there with Mike's mom working behind the counter. Support local. Support honest and transparent folks who do the right thing, support Mike's Service Center. We need more of them around!”

Fair price and didn’t have to deal with some corny sales rep like at Discount Tire or any other corporate tire shop, and we already know the dealerships overcharge. I’ll go back for sure.”

My husband and I had purchased 4 brand new tires from Big O Tires at the legends. The side wall blew out of one after a year and 18,000 miles. Trying to get the tire warrantied through them was an absolute nightmare!

“Went here last year for 4 tires and they were able to get it done in a timely manner as well as being courteous and professional. Took a different car to discount tire today and its taken them longer to do one singular tire than it took Big O to do 4. Unfortunately big o doesn't carry the tire I needed for the other car but next time ill just consider switching brands. Big O is the way to go.”

“Happened to be experiencing car trouble on Truman road. Jets was a couple blocks away. I had noticed the sign, pulled in. There was a gentleman sitting inside of the office area and another gentleman standing outside the building. He greeted me professionally and asked me if there's anything he could do. He listened to what I was saying about my car was doing and he said it could be a couple of things,he took the time to examine it looked at a couple other things that possibly could be. He diagnosed it, gave me a few totals as cost and I asked him would it be possible for me to go get the part and bring it to him and he said he would be closing soon but he would be more than happy to stay for a little bit if I could hurry I did so within 15 minutes of my return he had my car fixed and ready to go offered him the gratuity for his punctuality for his job well done and for his professionalism and he said no that's what he did I cannot tell you how important that is to me and how I will not recommend any other auto mechanic”

“Was day 4 coming from CA to Farmington, Mo. with my two kitties in cat crate. Hit a freaking huge pothole on I29 south. Got stuck in the grossest Motel 6 imaginable due to it being 4th of July and nobody nearby was open. (I also was not familiar with the area). Googled tire shops open near me the next morning - Purcell was very close. Very glad that I found them as the employee showed up about 15 minutes early to work and the office manager Shannon showed up shortly after. They got me taken care of pretty quick, shop is clean, well organized, all the employees are friendly and their customer service is hands down fantastic! This was literally the trip from hell for me, I really feel like they turned it around at the end. Thank you so much, especially to Shannon for having your husband pick that tire up that was perfectly suitable for my car and not to mention not too expensive for me. I ran a business for a property management company before coming out here for 8 1/2 years and it's really hard to find good employees. Purcell Tire has it down. ??”

“I would like to thank the gentleman of Halls Repair. When you take your car to certain auto shops for oil changes, I won't say any names. They seem to give you a list of problems that you need to fix on your car. Two times I've received this repair list. I didn't trust that they were honest with the work that they said my car needed because I take good car of my car. I have taken my car to Halls Repair several times so i'm familiar with their work and I have found them to be an honest shop. Which is something that I can not say about the shop I took my car to get the oil change. I took my car to Halls and they checked out everything that the other shop said I needed and everything was fine with my car I just needed a front end ailment. Which is to be expected because of the way kcmo take care of there streets repavement. I'm so glad that there is still a repair shop that I can trust. And I have found Halls Repair is trustworthy.
