It’s supposed to close at 4pm but I went at 3:20 and the doors were still locked despite the doors saying “Doors to remain unlocked during office hours” “Open from Monday to Friday 12pm-4pm”😐

If your posted hours are 12-4, you should be open at those times. This branch is so unreliable. This is the second time they haven't been open when I've come at normal business hours. I won't be back.
