“I ordered a sandwich on the app when I pulled into the parking lot. I saw it was extremely busy. I figured my sandwich would be late, but I walked in paid was in and out in less than 3 minutes. The c-store across the street and the one down the street should take some lessons from qt!”

“If I could give this place more than 5✨'s I would have!! I have traveled 47 states being a photographer and the Traveling Centers are a huge part of how I'm able to do safely?☺️? Unfortunately though the cleanliness of the shower's has also been subpar causing me to find other facilities. I unfortunately got caught in a vicious storm recently with tornadoes and flooding and found myself needing one but not able to get a room so after getting into a safer part of the state I decided to read reviews of 5 different travel centers within 40 miles of Kansas City about their cleanliness especially with the Shower's and this Pilot Travel Center ranked the very best across the board!!! So I drove 35 miles just to come here and I cannot be more happier!!! These Shower's are excellent!!! From the cleanliness to the water pressure and yes even hot/warm water that lasts the entire time!!! Terry Robinson was the gentleman that did such a wonderful job on cleaning them and I could not be more grateful for him!!! If I had money to tip I definitely would have so instead I thought I would give him a spot light in my reviews which is so deserved??? Thank you sir?? The workers here go far and beyond what a lot of these places employs are not willing to do anymore it seems and their Pride shows!!

“This is the location I usually order pizza from. They’re always good, but every time Lonnie’s working, the pizza comes out extra tasty and cooked just right. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Thanks Lonnie for making awesome pizza!”

“This store has had a lot of turnover. Hiring more staff has been very hardThe original crew have all left. We are not all rude. As for medications being out of stock, its beyond our control. You have the option for us to find another CVS that can fulfill your medications.It is easy to blame when you don't have all the information. It's unfortunate some people have had such negative experiences.”

“Update: They have improved greatly since I shared the original review. The staff are much more professional & friendly. We haven't had any of the issues that we were having previously.

They never have the medication in stock. They tell you it will be available in 2 days, but it isn't. We usually have to have prescriptions sent to a different pharmacy because they are never in stock. When you speak to the people working there, they are rude & never helpful. We'll be doing our business somewhere else from now on. I'm tired of wasting my time on an unprofessional business who hire people who can't do their jobs.”
