“Hello, I walked into this store location to update myself on Verizon’s plans and services. Was Greeted by Markell and was informed on all products and services that Verizon offered. I was surprised by a lot of updates that Verizon offered and the prices in which they offered it. I will say Markell was knowledgeable and well informed about the service and products that his company offered. This young man is a asset and won back a customer that left in the past. I will say that if you are visiting this location ask for Markell.”
“So tired of this service. I haven't had internet in almost 2 weeks. Every time they come out to look at my router/modem they say they 'cant find anything wrong' and leave.Despite this lack of service; my bill has almost doubled since I started using this company 2 years ago. I've never agreed to this increase-- nor can I get a hold of anyone to talk about why it's so expensive for no service.I need my internet. Don't fall for the same mistake I made. Steer clear of CCI.”
