“Intercept Wireless has gone above and beyond our expectations. Internet speed is great compared to what we had before but they really excel at customer service. When you call or text, you immediately get a human on the phone as opposed to most other internet companies where you have to jump through hoops of robots to get help. They are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure we are happy customers. Kevin has been extremely helpful since the very beginning and is always just a text away. We will be lifetime customers for sure. We love supporting small, local business and this is no exception. Their customer service is unmatched.”
“Tony asked if I wanted help, I told him I needed a lot of help. I explained the situation and he said he could help. He worked diligently with my phone trying different things quickly determining what to do. He preformed all of the steps needed, explaining as he went and finished the task. I asked him to write down how to do what he did, this was done, then he had me do it so he was sure that when I left, I would be able to do what was needed, in the right way. They would get five stars except for the fact it is always busy and sometimes hard to get help. Recommend going in there with a plan and sticking to it unless they can save you money!”

“So tired of this service. I haven't had internet in almost 2 weeks. Every time they come out to look at my router/modem they say they 'cant find anything wrong' and leave.Despite this lack of service; my bill has almost doubled since I started using this company 2 years ago. I've never agreed to this increase-- nor can I get a hold of anyone to talk about why it's so expensive for no service.I need my internet. Don't fall for the same mistake I made. Steer clear of CCI.”
