When I got new phones for my family, Sarah helped me find a store that had our phone in stock because that store didn't. Miley helped us figure out which internet option was the best for our situation. Sarah and Miley feel like family and treat us like family every time we come into the store. They are tremendous assets for MetroPCS and you are very lucky to have them. They are wonderful.”

“Tony asked if I wanted help, I told him I needed a lot of help. I explained the situation and he said he could help. He worked diligently with my phone trying different things quickly determining what to do. He preformed all of the steps needed, explaining as he went and finished the task. I asked him to write down how to do what he did, this was done, then he had me do it so he was sure that when I left, I would be able to do what was needed, in the right way. Tony spent the time to make sure I got it right thus I was a very happy customer and will recommend Tony as a T-Mobile representative for great assistance.”

“It is always great service at this Verizon due to the fact that it is a Cooperate store. They always cut through the red tape and tell me the best thing for my situation. They would get five stars except for the fact it is always busy and sometimes hard to get help. Recommend going in there with a plan and sticking to it unless they can save you money!”

This location is also a remodeled one which looks very nice. I believe this is the only super target in the Kansas City north area which is another reason to shop here :) 5 stars for sure!!”

“I don't know what it is about best buy but I personally don't like going to them. When I went though it was a quick time at least. Someone seen I was struggling to locate something and they pointed me in the correct direction. Even told me the secondary place it would be if it wasn't in the first place. (It was) All I purchased was an aux cord and it has been working great so far.”

“A few weeks ago, I dropped off film for development while I was visiting the area from Folsom, CA. I stopped by the photo department a few days later on my way out of town. I spoke to Sonia and she informed me that the prints were not ready yet. This was a dilemma as we were on the way out of town. I discussed with Sonia what we could do and I tried to pay for the pics in advance but the price was not certain due to not knowing how many photos would be developed. She suggested that perhaps she could pay for the photos when they came in and mail them to me. I thought that was a good solution and I tried to give her cash to cover the cost of the pics and postage and she said that would not be allowed, which I understood. The deal was she would mail me the pics and she would give me the total of the pics and postage and I would send her a check to cover all cost. I got home and pics were waiting for me. Inside the envelope was a note that said, " Your photos came an hour after you left. No payment necessary. Hope you enjoyed the travels home. Pay it forward. I truly believe Sonia is a special person. She went the extra extra mile to help a customer. She was so kind and concerned about my situation and found a way to make it work. I believe Sonia deserves some recognition as an outstanding employee and citizen. Respectfully, Bob Trujillo”

“Geek Squad can help resolve computer problems. They're reliable, and frankly, if they can't troubleshoot your issue, it may be time to invest in some new hardware. Thankfully, I haven't had to use them a whole lot in the past few years. I don't know how they vet their applicants...I mean, anybody can claim they know how to work on computers...but in my experience they've always got some sharp employees. And that's why I'm not giving them five stars. Because, you see, while most Geek Squad workers have been polite and helpful, don't be surprised if you run across just ONE on staff who appears to believe he's the god of PC's, who can't seem to resist letting you know that you're a mere mortal, and possibly a clueless one at that! Hahaha I think it's not uncommon for those in the computer/tech world to have a superiority complex. But I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Geek Squad's services to anyone. If you do run across the odd staffer who seems to live to make others feel d**** just ditch him and latch on to another.”
