“This location and the people working there are just fantastic! I'm a long time frequent shopper, and about 6 months ago I purchased a set of shop work lights, that unfortunately due to a design flaw are now defective. Since it is past TSC's 30 day return policy, the responsibility is on the manufacturer to honor the lifetime warranty. Well ACS, American Customer Service (the vendor responsible for warranty claims) would not honor the lifetime warranty. Luckily Joe at the High Ridge store stepped up and swapped them out at no cost. It was a pleasure talking with Joe, the store manager. He exemplifies what great customer service is. Thank you Joe!”

“This location usually has everything I need for from a big box store for my jobs. Drainage pipe, lumber, fasteners, tools whatever. I could probably find some stuff cheaper at other suppliers but you can’t beat the convenience. It’s also close to most of my jobs. The staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful to.”
“I am so thankful for the team at Autco Home Appliance, led by our sales associate, Jay Starling. Jay was our man from start to finish. He helped my wife and I make some difficult decisions on our remodel. We took our time and never felt rushed or pushed. We were able to get a refrigerator, rangetop, dishwasher, dual ovens and a dishwasher. All top name brand appliances like Bosch, Wolff and GE Profile. The price was fair and the service top notch. They even stored the appliances in their warehouse till our contractor finished the job. Additionally, when the red knobs for the Wolff range were not with it, Jay personally made sure Wolff sent us out a new set. I could not be happier with Jay, the team and the service we received from Autoco!”
“Lee Ann in Kitchen remodeling has been doing a great job! Intermittent sale pricing on Refrigerators and other appliances. Their wood department can make custom individual “round edged” stair planks if you have any that get damaged. See photo of one of their stone tiles which is an attractive color option.”
“I purchased a bathroom shower surround + pan, and a glass door. The sales man didnt know to warn me that the shower door would not work with the surround I purchased. Thankfully after opening the box, I quickly realized it was wrong, and they allowed me to return it and I purchased the door that would work. The first shower door was a foot taller than the surround.”
