Is it Casandra? Cassy? Whoever she was, she was a nice asset to helping me figure out my account. I wish they had a real banker here though, she was only an associate and kept getting flustered by the other walk-ins. They need more staff so Cassy can do her job well. Thank you.

Literally never have had a better banking experience. They’ve never given me a hard time about getting my own money and have really gone the extra mile in customer service and showing me that they care especially the Downtown Kirkwood branch!!!! Everyone in there treats you like they care!! 10/10
