The staff there have been much more personable and helpful than other post offices. As others have shared, Dottie rocks passport renewals! She carefully reviewed our applications today, stapled our checks to the appropriate spot on the form, and told me when and how to check on the progress of our renewal. Thank you Dottie!”

I don't know if she was a manager or not, but she was a shining example of what they should all strive to be like. She was professional and delivered fast and friendly service with a smile. She knew all the rules and regulations regarding package handling and even gave me tips on how to make the process easier for me. For what it's worth I'm in Texas and was trying to get some large format prints in a rush for a colleague who is currently working in their area. In my rush to get these prints in time I sent the wrong file, once I realized it I got ahold of them and they were very understanding and accommodating and made sure I was still able to get the prints in the time frame I needed.
