“Where has this place been all my life? Ok, I get that the tools are not top notch but price for the quality is pretty good. I bought a router and a set of bits. I'm pretty happy with them. I don't have time to do a lot of projects but I still like working with my hands and the price of the tools here let's me do that on a budget. The store was clean and well organized. The staff I talked to was nice and helpful. Overall I am glad I came here.”

“Had a very positive experience with the staff here when I wanted to buy a bird bath. Steve, John, Chad and other staff (sorry if I forgot to mention other names) made sure to get the right product I was looking for, even though it was a time very much near the store closure. They were so patient, glad to find the product and bring it down from the top of the aisle with a fork lifter. Very much appreciate their effort and making sure the customer got what is needed.

It is extremely hard to find an employee that cares more about her customers than she does!!!! She has won a customer for life because of her expertise, kindness, and willingness to help always!!!! You are appreciated more than you will ever know!!! I also worked with Chris in paint today and he went above and beyond as well!! I have never painted in my life and he took the time to explain everything to me and the patience of a saint!! Your company is blessed to have such knowledgeable employees that care about the customer and the customer experience!!! “Had an old water heater hose burst. Could not find a direct replacement. Talked to Rich who told me they don't make them like that anymore. He carefully explained what I needed to do and selected the parts and tool I needed. I have never had a pleasant plumbing experience . . . except for this one. Expert advice and correct parts and it worked. Rich is outstanding.”
