“Our toilet flapper valve went bad so I headed to the big box stores in O’Fallon, I thought that this was my only option. Of course they didn’t have what I needed in stock so I started a google search. I tried the plumbing supply store (which I had forgotten about) in north O’Fallon, they had nothing in stock for my Kohler, I have heard that they have changed ownership. So back to Google and Ferguson Plumbing came up and I’m so glad that I found this place. Never again will I go to the big box stores for plumbing, they have everything and then some. If you need anything for your plumbing repairs give them a shout!”
“The store is well organized, making finding what you need easy. They have fair pricing. Most importantly, the staff has amazing knowledge. They are friendly, and they go the extra mile to help you.”
“Today I ran into the store, which was proving masks for people who didn't have them :) I was looking for one item and Peggy W. was helpful and took me right to the item! I was able to social distance, self check out and get in and out quickly with Peggy's help keeping me safe. I love how well this company is doing to protect the safety of the community.”
“Jessy the front supervisor always goes above and beyond for her customers!!! She has been beyond a pleasure to work with and always has an answer. It is extremely hard to find an employee that cares more about her customers than she does!!!! She has won a customer for life because of her expertise, kindness, and willingness to help always!!!! You are appreciated more than you will ever know!!! I also worked with Chris in paint today and he went above and beyond as well!! I have never painted in my life and he took the time to explain everything to me and the patience of a saint!! Your company is blessed to have such knowledgeable employees that care about the customer and the customer experience!!! Definitely recommend this store to anyone especially females with zero knowledge trying to do DIY projects”
“The only place in town that could copy an old key and it was cheaper than lowes and home depot. It's the small-town hardware store you see in Hallmark movies. They may not have everything, but they care more than the big box stores .”
