“Extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable!! I recently reached out to Sam’s Cell Phone Repair to replace 2 iPhone camera lenses. The staff was courteous and precise with the details of the repair, how long it would take and the cost. This being my first cellphone repair ever, I (somewhat reluctantly) left to allow the 1 hour needed to complete the repairs. Exactly 10 minutes later I was contacted by Sam’s to inform me that the repairs were actually on the safety protecting covers and not the actual lenses (Saving me lots of money). They had the replacement parts, it was under $20.00 and was ready in 10 minutes! I can’t say enough to describe how much respect and faith I have in this Professional Business. This is a company that I will always refer going forward!”
“I stopped in and upgraded so phones and had the luck of getting the coolest sales person ever if you are wanting to change providers or up grade your stuff you want to go talk with Suriyo your going to feel like you’re hanging out with a cousin he’s good those good dad jokes and respectful as you’d want he will find you the best deal you might be there spending money but when you leave you will be thinking how much fun and cool your sales guy was.”

“We have had a great experience with this store thanks to nick, he got us switched over to cricket last year effortlessly and then got us hooked up with a new phone 2 weeks ago for my son and then helped me upgrade to a better phone yesterday, easily the best cell phone guy ive ever dealt with and he definately deserves a raise, im sure there are others like me that go to this store only because hes there. “Holly Scoggins at the Verizon State Highway K store helped me with getting a new phone and got it set-up for me and walked me through the new features. Holly presented me with all of the available options, and we discussed what would work best for me. I felt no pressure to buy the latest most expensive device to meet my needs. I am really pleased with the great service she provided me, as well as answering all my questions about my new device. I highly recommend her for your next cell phone purchase, because she knows her stuff. Holly transferred all of the photos and contact lists from my old device for me. I really appreciated how she made me feel like I wasn't just another sale and that makes her a true professional.

“I just moved to the area and I was looking to get Verizon home Internet. Even though my address didn’t qualify they still took time to answer my questions and gave me some insight on how qualifications work. They showed me how to check again myself but one of the salesman and a manager also gave me their card with their info to reach back out. They also took time to review my account and informed me of some promotions on my account. I was nervous coming into this store because my store experience in my old town was horrible every time I visited, but I feel very comfortable coming back to this store”
