Our dog isn’t the easiest when it comes to nail trims, but Kirsten is incredibly patient and gentle with him. She always takes her time, gives him extra love and attention, and makes the experience as stress-free as possible, for both of us!
The store is always spotless, and the self-wash tubs are consistently clean and ready to use. The team is quick to offer help and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pet have a great experience.

The staff is caring, professional, and truly takes the time to make sure your pet is comfortable and well cared for. They explain everything clearly and treat our pup like family. It’s such a relief finding a veterinary team you can really trust and even though we no longer live in the area, we still come back just for them and couldn’t recommend them more!

I got the matcha and a bowl (I forgot what it was called but it had peanut butter in it). The matcha was light and nothing too special (I wasn't expecting it to be amazing so it was okay). The bowl was filling and had a lot of toppings in it (I had extra to take home).
There's lots of seating inside (kind of feels like a home decor store, honestly). Music was a bit loud though. It does get pretty busy.
Staff was friendly and service was quick.
