“I have had two occasions to visit the O’Fallon Fedex Office (store) on Hwy K in O’Fallon MO this month. Each time, I was assisted by a service professional named Donte. Not only was Donte extremely helpful and competent, but he was both personable and respectful. This service, coupled with the wide array of services available, makes this my “go to” place for shipping, packing, reproduction, electronic transmission etc. Side note: Another customer overheard me complementing the service and mentioned to me that he had experienced the same great service numerous times at this Fedex location.
