I’ve encountered Anita several times in the dressing rooms area or on the sales floor and she always has a friendly word or positive comment such as why would anyone shop retail when TJ Max has such great prices, which they do!”

“I love, love, love Home Goods! I found some beautiful mirrors on sale. I also got some throw pillows and a rug for my dog. They have so much to look at, you can easily be there for hours, I was. I like finding items that I didn't see in other stores. Prices are good...hold on tight when you go...you might get HomeGoodsitist. ?”
“Unfortunately we have to drive 30 miles to get to a JC Penney store. This is our favorite. Clean store, no clothes thrown on the floor, and very neat.
Employees are friendly and willing to help find discounts.”

“Super nice staff.. I was slightly confused by the products they carry since it's a lot of pet stuff (half the store), clothes and a little bit of everything for the house and yard. I was looking for cement which they didn't have in the store but the cashier got some from the back. They are very dog friendly and have treats. It's clean and offers a little of everything.”
“Very helpful associates except at self check out. Would appreciate more than one person there for questions or corrections such as accidentally scanning an item twice. When the associate did come over they were pleasant and helpful. My 2nd trip there the manager was on the register. She provided excellent customer service by quickly looking up my item that did not have a tag on it. Had I been at the self check out I would have left the item there rather than waiting. The store is clean yet the layout is confusing and difficult to find what you need. The staff stopped packing down to go get me a cart, loaded my large item and had it waiting at customer service for me. It's a great store with helpful associates. I do recommend this location.”
“Stores fine Delivery is usually fine didn’t bring a larger item ( just a bit too big for regular bag. Driver said Walmart told him wasn’t my order. Not sure how driver and Walmart could not see 1 of 3 items missing”

Everything is right upfront when it comes to Holidays so you won't have to go looking all through the store for the usual cards, flowers and baked goods are close by and t he prices are listed on the selection of flowers....word has it that Father day items are out.”

“4 stars for the franchise, 5 stars for the staff. The selection is what it is, but I have yet to have a negative experience at this location & the bathrooms are typically clean (very important detail ?).”
