“I love the Big Lot's rewards programs. It is easy and quick to earn rewards. I had one complaint about ordering on the website. I purchased window curtains, and for some reason, it would only let me order one pair. When I went to pick up my order, they had the curtains on the shelves, so I got another one in store. Big lots is one of my favorite places to shop because of the prices and purchasing options.”

I had last minute Christmas shopping to do and I was able to get everything I needed at discount pricing. I even scored a jolly Christmas dress for myself. The staff was friendly. Mom and I shop here all the time and are always amazed at what we can get by shopping off season and using our coupons. Everyone thinks we spend a fortune on clothes and are shocked when we tell them the deals we get!”

“Lanedra in lingerie has helped me twice in the last 6 months for bras and she is amazing! Hands down some of the best customer service I have received anywhere. And I walked out with several great fitting options. I had such a good experience the 1st time that I returned today after gaining pregnancy weight for more help and I was pleased again. I will be returning again specifically for her department due to her kindness. Would give 10 stars if I could for her.”

“Kohl's is one of my favorite stores in Crestwood. The staff are friendly, the store is clean but the employee that stands out the most is Vickie. When I walk into the store her face lights up with that big beautiful smile. Her greetings are warm and sincere. She always remembers my name and our last conversation. I love visiting Kohl's and buying clothes but it makes my visit special when beautiful Ms. Vicki is there.”

“Laurel had the best experience in the lingerie department, because of Tay. She was warmly greeted by Tay. Laurel was impressed with her product knowledge. Tay is very personable and professional. Tay even took Laurel to a different department to help her select some other apparel! It was quite apparent to us that Tay was genuinely invested in our Nordstrom shopping experience.”

“Men's selection is kind of mid. We could barely find any unique pieces. I've been to other Ross's and they usually have some fun finds in the men's section though. Might depend on timing and location. Overall, I love Ross.”

“Well-stocked Family Dollar store. Very clean. Many items did not have the price marked, but the cashier was more than happy to check the price for me. Lots of cute Halloween and Fall decor. You could easily decorate a dorm or buy the basics for a new apartment here, in one place and for less than you'd spend at Walmart or somewhere similar. Lots of candles at good prices, as well. Great selection of groceries, including a cooler section with cold cuts, milk, cheese, etc. Last but not at all least, be sure to check out the clearance!”

“Love Kohls, especially when I have coupons! Unfortunately, the sales associate at check didn't know how to key in a coupon code when it wouldn't scan from my phone. Before asking for assistance from someone who knows what they were doing, she expected me to give up my 40% off - at least that's what it felt like since she simply (sarcastically) told me "it won't scan" at least 3 times - thus the staring contest began....Fortunately, it was resolved and I got some great deals at the store. Unfortunately, it soured my experience. I can shop online instead, but I do like seeing what's in-store too.”

“Recently started shopping here again after years of avoiding this store for many reasons, safety, seedy people, theft, store conditions. However, was pleasantly surprised at the obvious turnaround taking place under the New Store Manager Mike's management!! There is a visible difference in every area, store itself was much cleaner, better organized, and new security measures in place with addition of Stl police officers working as security not only at the entrance, but throughout the store. There is also friendly employees greeting you at the entrance, but best of all, while looking around, new Mgr Mike, approached me, introduced himself, offered assistance, and advised me of upcoming merchandise I may be interested in. After commenting on the positive changes I was seeing, he discussed his plan for turning this store around and was enthusiastic about it. Great job Mike !! You're a welcome sight in what had become a run down derelict store. Good luck sir”

“I bought a outfit for my grandson at the Off Saks in Dallas over the holiday and they left the monitor on it. I came home went to Frontenac Saks to get it taken off. This wonder pleasant lady named Mrs. Pat took it off for me. She was very nice. Then I went to the Bond No. 9 store and another wonder knowledgeable lady who knows all the note's off the top of her head by the name of Mrs. Carolyn helped me and my family there. My Stl experience was 10xs better than the Dallas one because they had me to email them the problem that they created and I still haven't heard back from them. No sorry no I apologize nothing. The lady's in Saint Louis made it right though.”

“I love Marshall's! You can always find something you like even if it's not what you were looking for. I went to see if they had a pair of boots my daughter bought me in a bigger size. They had a different color in the right size, but I ended up finding a jogging suit that I liked for the same price and just exchanged the boots for that. The sales rep was so nice and helpful, so I had no problems swapping the items.”
