While setting up the phones an older lady walked in that was having an issue with her notifications on her phone. He politely asked if he could assist her and was able to help the lady and take the time to explain to her what the issue was and how to correct it. Great location great service. “About 20 years ago I worked up the courage to visit Music for Pleasure. I had been auditioning components at various local retail shops to replace a system I purchased right out of college. Problem was their new gear sounded worse than my broken amp.I was hesitant to visit this place because of their reputation for selling high end equipment and I assumed they would look down on my modest budget.As it turned out, nothing could be further from the truth. The guys were so cool and worked with me while I figured out what I wanted. I bought a nice integrated amp and a beautiful set of entry level Dynaudio speakers.Fast forward 20 years. I just purchased what is likely my last system from Dwayne, Eric and Rob. They were so helpful and patient as I sorted through my options. This time I had a bigger budget and I couldn’t be happier with my setup.Do yourself a favor and visit them if you are thinking of getting a new system or just need advice on an upgrade path. In my opinion, they are the only real stereo shop in the St. Louis area. They off equipment for any budget and provide outstanding service and support.”

Venkat told us there were no iPhones available in the store until his shipment came in next week or the week after. He must have seen my son's heart crush and apparently called a friend/coworker while my son was picking out an android, instead.......Mr Venkat got my son an iPhone within 10 minutes and gave us an amazing deal and accessories included. I cannot thank him enough for the help....and right before closing. He definitely went the extra mile.”
